A rapid re-housing program providing short-term rental assistance and intensive case management services for women with minor children experiencing homelessness and presenting moderate to high barriers to obtaining permanent housing. Following the “housing first” model, the program provides rental deposits, utility deposits, and other services to help families become self-sufficient.
